I have to give you so much credit for finding this wonderful property that was unlisted at the time. You encouraged us to sell our existing house for top dollar giving us leverage. In spite of COVID and all the complexities that go along with a pandemic you were there to help us negotiate and overcome the many hurdles that arose for us in this pandemic.
